Davis Continues To Heat Up

Rising Sunshine State standout Trenard Davis has seen his recruitment on the rise and picked up a new offer from Big Ten country and discusses it

Delray Beach (FL.) American Heritage junior wide receiver Trenard Davis is a rising prospect down in the Sunshine State as he continues to pick up new offers. His latest offer came from the Big Ten and he discusses the new offer.

"Minnesota called me to let me know that I had gotten offered," Davis told GopherDigest. "I felt very blessed and happy. I like how the school looks and everything I researched about it. I like it."

The 6-0, 195-pound Davis plays quarterback for his high school team, but is projected to play wide out at the next level. While he has been making a name for himself down in Florida, but could the standout possibly be interested visiting Minneapolis in the future?

"I am interested in Minnesota," said Davis. "I'm going to visit them."

The Gophers aren't the only team pursing Davis for his services and he updates the latest with his recruitment.

"My recruitment is going good. "I have offers from SMU, Temple, Florida Atlantic, South Florida, Minnesota and Pittsburgh. At the moment, I do not have a top list yet."
