Dovich Gives Recruiting Pitch To Oseland

Minnesota not only had uncommitted visitors for their BBQ with a few of their commits on hand like in-state tackle Bronson Dovich, who did some recruiting to highly regarded Illinois native offensive tackle Quinn Oseland

Back in May, Minnesota picked up a commitment from Chaska (MN.) senior offensive tackle Bronson Dovich after being up on campus several times. The Gopher commit was back on campus for the BBQ and recaps how it went.

“It was great,” Dovich told GopherDigest. “We got to tour all around the stadium and talk to other recruits and current players and we got to eat with everyone and see all the coaches. The food was great (laughter). I had three cheeseburgers and some chicken.”

The 6-6, 285-pound physical tackle got the opportunity to also chat with a few recruits especially top Gopher target, Springfield (IL.) Sacred Heart Griffin senior offensive tackle Quinn Oseland.

“I talked to Sam Schlueter, Sean Engel, Matt Kegel and Quinn Oseland. They all seemed like they were having a good time and had high interest in Minnesota. I talked with (Quinn) a lot about the coaches here and how highly I thought of them especially about how long they have been together and the good progress the Gophers have made in recent years.”
