At 6-8, 270-pounds, Mundelein (IL.) Carmel Catholic junior offensive tackle Sean Foster has the frame, grit and talent to excel at the next level and plenty of schools have taken notice. One school that has picked up the contact for Foster is Minnesota behind the efforts of offensive coordinator Matt Limegrover, who continues to build that relationship with him.
“I’m very interested in Minnesota,” Foster told GopherDigest. “I like the coaches and community. It is also awesome to feel all this love from all of the fans. My main recruiter is Coach Limegrover and we have built a very strong bond the past month or so. He is a great guy. We talk about life like how my family is doing and his family too. We just talk about life in general.”
Foster currently sits as the No. 22 offensive tackle in the nation and a four star recruit by Scout. He also holds offers from Boston College, California, Duke, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, NC State, Nebraska, Purdue, Rutgers, Syracuse Virginia, and Minnesota amongst others. His recruitment process is not slowing down, but he is looking to check out some of these schools and has a visit set to Minneapolis coming up.
“We are going up there on April 4th,” said Foster. “I’m excited to meet the players and see how they feel about the school and meet all the coaches. I also want to find out more information on the school.”
At the moment, Foster remains uncertain of when he may release a top list
