Mulhollands Checks Out Minnesota

Kimberly (WI.) junior running back Blair Mulholland recaps his time spent at Minnesota on Saturday

Kimberly (WI.) junior running back Blair Mulholland made it out to Minneapolis for their spring practice. The Gophers had a scrimmage in TCF Bank Stadium and the talented tailback talks about his trip and his conversation with running backs coach Pat Poore.

“It went well,” Mulholland told GopherDigest. “I talked with Coach Poore and some of the running backs and wide receivers. It was right after the position meeting, so he talked about some of the calls and the type of offense they run which is similar to ours. He also wanted me to come to camp."

With another successful visit to Minnesota, where do the Gophers stack up for the 5-10, 187-pound speedy tailback?

“They are in my top 5, but I'm not discussing where exactly right now and yes we plan to camp at Minnesota,” said Mulholland. “They're an up and coming program with a great coaching staff and a real family type feel. I enjoy it every time I visit there.”
