The state of Michigan’s offers one of the premiere linebackers prospects this year in the Midwest with Battle Creek Central (MI.) junior outside linebacker Brandon Randle. The athletic and versatile Randle has collected multiple offers so far in his recruitment, but added his second Big Ten offer when Minnesota decided to enter the mix for his services on Wednesday.
“I found out about the offer from my coach and I was excited,” Randle told GopherDigest. I wasn’t expecting Minnesota to offer. I like that they are close to a big city. I might visit them in the future.”
The rising 6-2, 215-pound physical linebacker sits as the No.33 ranked outside linebacker and an early three star recruit by Scout, who has been hearing from some schools trying to get him to check out their campus. Randle recently did take a visit to his other Big Ten offer in the hometown Michigan State Spartans for their spring game, who he’s highly interested in.“It was fun,” said Randle. “I like the feel of their atmosphere. They are very high in my interest in them.” Randle currently has no top list and is looking to make a decision this next school year.
