Florida athlete Andre Polk has been very busy with this summer traveling from college camp to college camp and Polk recaps his recent visits with GopherDigest.

"I've camped at Clemson, NC State, North Carolina and South Florida so far this summer," Polk explained to GopherDigest. "The Clemson camp was great and they told me I did very well. Both of the Carolina's camp and USF went great and NC State is really considering offering soon. I spoke with the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach and they're just evaluating their choices because they only have one spot left. I'm not really sure if I'll go to anymore camps this summer though."

Minnesota has remained in constant contact with Polk since the offer.

"I've been talking with defensive coordinator Tracy Claeys lately," Polk said. "We just have simple conversations as my business with them is already taken care of as they've offered already. I've discussed everything with them and I know that I have an offer and they want me."

Polk is only a few months away from making a decision.

"I'm open to anywhere with a good educational and athletic opportunity and all schools are even," Polk told GopherDigest. "I'm looking at making a decision around when school starts and Minnesota has a good chance as I'm impressed with the college and what they have to offer me."
