Official Visit Set For Minnesota on Oct.31st #Gophers— Dredrick Snelson Jr. (@D_Snelson2) July 27, 2015
"After talking with Elisha and Elijah Daniels following their Minnesota visit, they told me I had to come," Snelson said to the GopherDigest. "The coaches up there really want me bad and I'll be going up there for their game against Michigan on Halloween night. I spoke with Coach Kill on Monday about it and he said that they need me to come up there and make an instant impact because they need receivers. We also talked about how the environment is and the school itself."
This isn't just a token visit for the Florida receiver.
"From the looks of it online, it's a great school and I could see myself there," Snelson explained to GopherDigest. "I just have to adjust to the cold, but when I get up there on October 31st, I'll get to know more about them. The Daniels twins are guys I talk with all the time. I talk to them everyday about Minnesota and they just say come up there, that I'll love it and that it fits me there. I have very high interest in Minnesota and they're definitely one of my top schools."
Snelson has a top group of schools recruiting him the hardest.
"The schools on me the most are Minnesota, Virginia Tech, Central Florida, Miami and Michigan. I'll probably take my five official visits to those schools. I have such high interest in Minnesota as it's a great program from what I've heard, they have great education programs and I feel like I can go there and fit perfectly in the offense, plus play early on. I'm looking at making a decision after the season so I can get it over with. If not December 3rd, at the Under Armour All-American game."
