"I have offers from BYU, Utah, Utah State, Oregon State, Nevada, Washington State, Colorado and California right now," Tooley said. "Plus I've been hearing from Minnesota and Stanford a lot, and I get mail from Michigan."
The Gophers are among the teams showing the most interest in the Utah defensive back.
"I'm the most from BYU, Utah and Stanford probably the most, and Minnesota lately as well," Tooley explained to GopherDigest. "I've been talking with their recruiting coordinator John Schaekel mostly and he's been telling me that they like my film, but they haven't said anything about an offer yet."
Tooley is still new his interest from Minnesota.
"I honestly don't know much about Minnesota," Tooley told GopherDigest. "I'm not sure of my interest if they were to offer as I don't know much about them, but they seem like a great program. I've never been there, so I would have to visit and see what it's like!"
