"The visit was great and I had a great experience," 2017 Iowa quarterback Devon Moore said to GopherDigest. "I got to talk to the coaches and also watch the game. I spoke with the recruiting coordinator there and he said that they were interested and stuff like that. They said they would like for me to get to their junior day and to also stay in contact with them. The game was great as offensively they were doing well and moving the ball. When it came time to step up at the end of the game, they made plays to get them the win."
Moore only had a little time to see Minnesota's campus and facilities.
"I didn't get to see much, but the little I did see was nice," Moore explained. "I saw the locker room and some other things, but the all the other stuff, they said they'd save for junior day."
The Gophers are sitting well with the 2017 quarterback.
"My interest in Minnesota is high as I like everything that have going on with the program. They have a lot of good things going on and their coaches are really a great staff. You can tell they have things going in the right direction. I don't have any more visits planned as of right now."
