"Saturday we got to tour the stadium and it was really cool to see the press box," Wayzaya ATH Nick Kramer said to GopherDigest. "We then sat down with coaches and ate lunch up in the stadium. After that, we toured the practice facility and weight room. I really liked the weight room staff. Then we hung out in the players lounge and then went out to dinner at Fogo, which was insanely good. After that we went with our hosts for the night! Then on Sunday, we went to our academic breakfast (more good food) and talked with counselors about our degrees of interest. Then we went on a campus tour and then came back and had our individual conversations with Coach Claeys."

Kramer enjoyed his time with the Gopher coaches and players.

"My host for the visit was Blake Cashman and he's a funny dude," Kramer explained. "He's also easy to relate to. He and all the rest of the players were all nice and welcoming. My favorite part of the visit is honestly it's hard to say, because the whole thing was a blast, but probably getting the chance to sit down and talk with Coach Claeys and Phelps. Coach Phelps just said I still might play linebacker and that we just have to see how my frame develops. Coach Claeys also said I might play middle linebacker, but they need to see how my summer training goes to so what position I play. He also talked about how much of a family the team is and how everything works. I honestly just want to play and don't care what position it is. I just want to be productive. I also hung out with the other guys on the visit like Connor Novak-Goar, Danny Pietruszewski and Connor Mohs for the most part. They're all pretty chill and I can see myself possibly rooming with them."

After his official visit this weekend, Kramer still feels good about Minnesota, but wants to continue to take his other official visits.

"I feel better than ever about Minnesota after this last visit," Kramer told GopherDigest. "I'll still be taking official visits to South Dakota next weekend and Wisconsin on the 30th as I gave them my word I would. I want Gopher fans to know that we have a great program inside and out. The coaches are extremely passionate about what they do and genuinely care for there players. This staff knows their stuff and will take this team to the top."
