KT: I am currently 6'0" 170 pounds and the coaches want me to come in at 175 lbs.
GopherDigest.com: What are your individual and team goals you hope to accomplish during your college career?
KT: I want to be an All-American & win a Big Ten championship.
GopherDigest.com: What are you looking to work on the most this spring to prepare yourself for Big Ten football?
KT: I'm going to be working on strength & conditioning this spring.
GopherDigest.com: What future moment are you looking forward to the most as a Golden Gopher?
KT: I am looking forward to competing against some of the best talent in the country week in and week out.
GopherDigest.com: What was the main reason you chose to attend the University of Minnesota?
KT: The main reason I picked Minnesota is that I love the city.
GopherDigest.com: What team do you want to beat the most as a Gopher and why?
KT: I want to beat Wisconsin because we haven't beat them in a while.
GopherDigest.com: Is there any unfinished academic business or are you all set to enroll at Minnesota?
KT: I am all set to attend Minnesota.
GopherDigest.com: If you don't make it to the NFL, where do you see yourself in 10 years?
KT: In 10 years, I'm thinking about coaching football.
GopherDigest.com: What is it about Coach Claeys and the coaching staff that makes you want to play for them?
KT: I want to play for coach Sawvel because I think he'll get me to the next level.
GopherDigest.com: What is something you learned about the University of Minnesota that surprised you during the recruiting process?
KT: Minnesota surprised me on how beautiful the town was.
GopherDigest.com: What position do you expect to play at Minnesota? What other position did the Gopher staff mention as a possibility?
KT: I'm expected to play corner.
GopherDigest.com: What have the coaches told you regarding how they plan to utilize your strengths as a player?
KT: They want to use me as a press man boundary corner.
GopherDigest.com: Have you had any communication with other Minnesota recruits and if so what?
KT: Me and the other recruits talk through a group message.
GopherDigest.com: What player do you model your game after and why?
KT: I've never modeled myself after anyone, but people always compare me to Eric Murray, so I guess him.
