"I'm hearing the most from Minnesota, Pitt, Miami (Fla.) and West Virginia," Florida OL Corey Gaynor said to GopherDigest. "Pitt told me that I'm a physical hard nosed football player and they need me to join their team. Minnesota said they love my style of play and think I would be a great big 10 lineman and huge addition to the team. Miami told me to be really patient with them. I had a great day at their camp and am nearing an offer and West Virginia told me they love my brand of football and want me to be the next commit in the class. So it's been pretty busy."
"Minnesota's OL coach, Bart Miller is the one that offered me," Gaynor explained to Scout.com. "He told me that they really want to come aboard. He wanted to offer me as they love my brand of football and how physical I am when I play. I don't know too much about Minnesota, but I'm learning more everything. They're in my top two with West Virginia as we speak. I'm so interested in Minnesota because I believe in what coach Miller is telling me. They play hard nose football and that's what I want to be a part of. I also really like West Virginia as they were the first power-five school to believe in me. My head coach is also from West Virginia, and he's giving me advice every step of the way. I could see myself at both schools."
Gaynor is working to find a way to visit his top schools this summer.
"I'm trying to get up to both Minnesota and West Virginia this summer, but nothing is set in stone. I'll definitely try to get to them before the summer ends. I have no specific date I want a decision by, but I want one before the season starts in August. The biggest thing I'll be looking at with schools is the family feel when I get on campus. That's very important to me. I'll also be camping at USF and Florida yet this summer as well."
