"I just did a tour of the facilities and the stadium while at Minnesota," Florida tight end George Takacs said to GopherIllustrated. "I think the their stadium is great as it's brand new and looks really good. They're putting in brand new facilities in 2018, so I'm excited to see those as well."

Takacs also enjoyed spending time with the Gopher coaches and seeing the campus.

"Their campus was nice, as when I was at Florida, it was more of a college town feel, while Minnesota is right in Minneapolis, so it provides more of a city feel," Takacs told Scout.com. "I'm not really sure what I prefer between the two, but it's just a chance from Florida. Coach Sherels is the Minnesota coach that actually offered, and he just let me know that I have an offer now and that they'd love to have me. I like Minnesota a lot as they play in a tight end heavy offense, which is really attractive to me."

"Minnesota's location for me isn't bad because I'm from the Midwest originally (Indianapolis), so leaving Florida isn't a big deal to me. I'm definitely interested in Minnesota now, but everything is open right now. I don't have anymore visits planned before my season starts."
