Georgia cornerback Justus Harris makes the switch from Cincinnati to the University of Minnesota

Georgia cornerback Justus Harris made the switch from Cincinnati to the University of Minnesota tonight, and here's what he told GopherIllustrated.

"At Minnesota, I had that feeling I truly belonged and could thrive," Georgia cornerback Justus Harris explained to GopherIllustrated. "Being in such an environment, it pushes me to continue to work hard and better myself on and off the field with the help of everyone at the University of Minnesota. The Gophers actually offered me on Thursday, and then I visited this weekend, and told coach Fleck early this morning of my decision when we got to talk. I told him then that I truly feel this is the place to be. I'll build myself not only as a player, but coach Fleck will help build a great man at Minnesota."

"Coach Fleck was stoked when I told him I wanted to commit," Harris said to GI. "He welcomed me with open arms in congratulations. Minnesota talked with me about locking up the field side for the most part, and I'm game for that. I feel like everything in my game ties into the corner I am today. I hard to better myself each and every day. Coach Mo has told me to keep working hard and to bring that competitive drive to Minnesota. My host for the visit was Jonathan Celestin and it was nice having him as a host. Him coming out of Georgia helps relate to a lot of different things. My mom also came with me on the visit, and she loved every biy of it, and is very eager to get back there soon."

Harris is ready to sign with Minnesota later this week.

"I loved every part of my Minnesota visit, and can't wait to be a Gopher officially soon."
