Thanks to a weekend sweep of division foe Minnesota State-Mankato, 9-6 and 2-1, Minnesota held in fourth place in both the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Men's College Hockey and USCHO.com/CSTV Division I Men's Polls.
The Gophers are just ahead of WCHA rivals Wisconsin (fifth) and Denver Pioneers (sixth). Colorado College remained in first, a position it has been in since sweeping the Gophers at home Jan. 7-8.
The Gopher women are still No. 1 in their respective polls, having outscored Brown 13-2 over the weekend.
