Bryce Webster will visit Minnesota Thursday

Bryce Webster, a 6-9 junior center from Mendota Heights (MN) St. Thomas Academy, will visit Minnesota Thursday on an unofficial visit. Webster played for the USA White team in the U.S. Developmental Festival this past weekend in San Diego, where he averaged 4.0 points and 4.4 rebounds per game in 12.2 minutes per contest. The White team won the Festival, defeating USA Blue 107-85 in the championship game.

Bryce Webster, who has received over 50 scholarship offers, has had a busy spring and will have a hectic summer. He is scheduled to attend Marquette's basketball camp this weekend and will attend the NBA Players Association Camp held in Richmond, Virginia for the second straight year next week.

Webster will participate at the Nike All-American Camp July 6-9 for the second straight year and will play in the Peach Jam July 12-15 with the Howard Pulley Panthers AAU team.

Webster is considering Arizona, Boston College, Kansas, Marquette, Michigan State, Minnesota, Notre Dame and Ohio State among his college choices. He was named 2005 Minneapolis Star Tribune All-Metro first-team, as he averaged 21.8 points and 12.1 rebounds per game this past season.
