Rodney Williams Picks Up Two Big Offers

Rodney Williams Jr., a 6-foot-6, 185-pound sophomore forward from Robbinsdale (MN) Cooper, has drawn considerable interest from high major programs after a strong showing in the Kingwood Classic this past weekend. Williams has picked up his first two scholarship offers, including one from hometown Minnesota.

Rodney Williams Jr. averaged 17.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.4 blocked shots and 2.3 assists per game as he led the Hawks to a 21-7 record this season.

Williams picked up offers from Minnesota and Iowa State, according to Howard Pulley AAU founder Rene Pulley.

Williams is also hearing from Kansas, Wisconsin, Northern Iowa, North Dakota State and Western Michigan among others, and that list will likely continue to grow.
