Gophers and Bison on Big Ten Network at 11

The Minnesota vs. North Dakota State football game scheduled for Oct. 20 at the Metrodome in Minneapolis will be televised by the Big Ten Network beginning at 11 a.m., league officials announced Monday.

The telecast will mark the fifth appearance overall and the third in a row by Minnesota on the Big Ten Network. Minnesota's games at Northwestern this Saturday and at Indiana last week also aired on the network, along with the Gophers' first two games of the season vs. Bowling Green and Miami (Ohio).

Minnesota defeated North Dakota State last season at the Metrodome, 10-9, in a game that went right down to the wire. Tickets for the rematch are selling fast. According to director of marketing and ticket operations Jason LaFrenz, approximately 7,500 tickets remained available for purchase.
