LeFlore defeats Princeton 71-55

Mobile (AL) Leflore, which defeated Minnetonka 72-66 in last year's Timerwolves' Shootout, improved to 2-0 at the Target Center as they bested Princeton (MN) High 71-55. The Tigers cut the lead to six with six minutes left, but the Rattlers used their size and athletic advantage to pull away. LeFlore is currently ranked 14th nationally by USA Today.

Six-foot-4 Nick Williams, who signed with Marquette, scored 20 points on nine of 14 shooting. Six-foot-11 center DeMarcus Cousins finished with eleven points and nine caroms. Gerald Watkins addded ten points off the bench.

Angelo Fraboni paced the Tigers with 20 points on nine of eleven shooting. Jared Berggren, a 6-foot-10 center who inked with Wisconsin, finished with 14 points and ten rebounds for Princeton. Ryan Fay, a 6-foot-2 senior, added eleven points.
