Cory Joseph To Play for Findlay College Prep

Cory Joseph, a 6-foot-3 point guard from Pickering High School in Ontario and younger brother of Minnesota Gopher incoming freshman Devoe Joseph, will play for Henderson (NV) Findlay College Prep this upcoming season. Joseph is ranked as a four-star player and #8 among point guards by

Cory Joseph plays for Coach Ro Russell and the Grassroots Canada AAU program and was a key figure on Pickering teams that won back to back Provincial Championships. evaluated Joseph as having "one of the best pure jump shots of anyone in the class of 2010" and that he is a "high major lock that can be recommend to any program in the country."

Coach Russell said, "I strongly feel Cory will benefit tremendously at Findlay Prep both athletically and academically. With their guards moving on he has a big opportunity to make an impact for two years and really develop his game. Coach Peck and Coach Simon do a great job and Cory and his family are very happy that Cory is attending Findlay Prep."

Findlay College Prep sent all five of their guards to Division I last season. Deividas Dulkys committed to Florida State, DeAndre Liggins signed to Kentucky, Jacques Streeter committed to Cal St Fullerton, Curtis Dennis to New Mexico, and Jorge Gutierrez, who got some interest from Minnesota, signed with California.

Joseph joins three returnees to the 32-1 Findlay College Prep team; Clarence Trent, Carlos Lopez (who has committed to UNLV) and Godwin Okonji.
