Decker Misses Biletnikoff Award Final Cut

Minnesota junior wide receiver Eric Decker, who was named to and Sporting News Today's Midseason All-American teams, was not one of the three finalists for the Biletnikoff Award, presented to the nation's top receiver. Decker caught 76 passes for 925 yards (12.2 yards per reception) with six touchdowns.

Minnesota junior wide receiver Eric Decker caught just 17 passes for 143 yards and one touchdown in the final five games, missing the Michigan game with an injury. Decker had caught 59 passes for 782 yards for five touchdowns in the first seven games of the season, with three games of more than 100 receiving yards.

Decker caught 67 passes for 909 yards (13.6 yards per reception) and nine touchdowns as a sophomore.
