Robbindale Cooper Beats Eden Prairie 57-50

Robbindale Cooper defeated Eden Prairie 57-50 in the fifth game of the Timberwolves Shootout as Minnesota commit Rodney Williams Jr. excited the Target Center with his highlight-reel dunks. Minnesota Gopher head coach Tubby Smith and Vince Taylor were in attendance to catch Williams' high-wire act.

Robbinsdale Cooper was paced by Rodney Williams Jr., a 6-foot-6, 185-pound forward who is one of the country's top athletes and who finished with 16 points. Kenquane Brown had 11 points, Joe Bright scored nine points and Quincy Bethea scored eight.

Eden Prairie was led by Brett Ervin, a 6-foot-5 junior forward, with 17 points. Ethan Wragge, a 6-foot-6 senior forward, finished with nine points, but was just one of 10 from three-point range. Marc Miller and Zach Nelson added eight points each.
