Cory Joseph Makes Unofficial Visit

Cory Joseph, a 6-foot-3 senior guard from Henderson (NV) Findlay College Prep and younger brother of Gopher sophomore Devoe Joseph, is making an unofficial visit to Minnesota today. Joseph helped lead Findlay to a #1 ranking in the country. Gopher coaches watched Joseph closely last month in Las Vegas playing with the Grassroots Canada AAU program.

Joseph averaged 10.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game, while shooting 50.5% from the field, 55.8% from three-point range and 61.3% from the line.

Joseph had a game-high 33 points Saturday as the American team downed Canada 85-83 in the adidas Nations title game in Dallas.

Joseph is considering Villanova, Connecticut, Kansas, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Cal, Mississippi State, Memphis, Syracuse, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Minnesota, UNLV, Texas A&M and Ohio State among others.
