Friday's High School Basketball Top Stars

The Minnesota high school basketball season continued Friday as several top teams played. The following is a look at some of the top performers from Friday's games.

Robbinsdale Armstrong junior Marquel Curtis scored 28 points in a 75-63 win over Moorhead.

Alonzo Traylor had 22 points in a 71-62 upset victory over Osseo

Nick Latzke finished with 24 points in an 81-71 win over Minneapolis North.

Grant Soderberg had 22 points and Brett Ervin added 20 as Eden Prairie rallied from a ten-point halftime deficit over Apple Valley. Tom Schalk had 28 points and 13 rebounds for Apple Valley and eight grade guard Tyus Jones added 19 points.

Zach Vraa, who was recently named Minnesota's Mr. Football, showed his skills on the hardwood as he scored 25 points in a 60-51 win over Lakeville South.

Junior forward Alex Ritcher had 21 points in a 63-33 win over Bloomington Kennedy.
