MSU Commitment Scoreboard Update Week 11

The MSU commitment scoreboard update is a free weekly feature during football season that allows readers the chance to keep up with how the Bulldogs-to-be are doing in their final seasons before arriving in Starvkille.

Preston Smith and Stephenson won 17-14 over Newnan which makes them 9-0 on the season.

Devonte Scott ran for 147 yards and 5 touchdowns as Ferriday pounded Sterlington 47-16. Ferriday plays Farmerville for the district title.

Dak Prescott left his team's game in the first quarter with an apparent knee injury. He did not return, but Haughton won 49-14 over Bossier to remain unbeaten.

Josh Robinson rushed for 113 yards on 14 carries and caught five passes for 72 yards and a pair of TDs as Franklinton won the district title in a 35-28 win over previously unbeaten Salmen.

Daniel Knox closed his high school career with a win over rival NE Lauderdale 22-15. The Knights end the season 1-10.

Jermaine Whitehead and Amanda Elzy clinched a playoff spot after their 28-0 win over Humphreys County.

Nick Redmond and Harrison Central fell to 1-9 after their 24-13 loss to Pascagoula.

Zach Jackson and Heidelberg closed out their season with a 21-12 loss to Kemper County 21-12.

Rufus Warren and Gentry fell to Oxford 42-8.

Joe Morrow and Ocean Springs lost their chance to take over 1st place in their district after a 28-0 loss to Gulfport.

C.J. Johnson and Philadelphia closed out the regular season 11-0 after last night's 45-13 win over Choctaw Central. Johnson scored a 12 yard TD.

Benardrick McKinney and Rosa Fort were off and travel to Louisville in week one playoff action.

Justin Cox and West Point came from behind to knock off Clarksdale 26-17.

Darion Arrington led Stone to a 34-7 win over Forest Hill. Dee scored on a one yard run and a 55 yard pick six.

Joe Price and Madison Central fell to Northwest Rankin 24-21 ending their 22 game district win streak.

Devin Fosselman and James Maiden played their final game for Wilkinson County last night. Tylertown won 55-22. The loss coupled with a Jefferson County win eliminates WCHS from the playoffs.

Nick Brassell scored on a three yard reception as he and Kendrick Market blew out Starkville 47-13 to advance to 10-0

Darius Slay had five tackles and a pass break up as ICC fell to NWCC 31-14 on action Thursday.

Justin Malone and MRA won again advancing their record to 6-4

P.J. Jones and Tupelo defense pitched a shut out in a 41-0 win over Horn Lake.

Morton held on to beat Raleigh 9-6. The loss by Raleigh sets up a first round playoff match-up between Donte Moncrief and C.J. Johnson at Philadelphia.
