MSU Commitment Scoreboard Update Week 14

The MSU Commitment Scoreboard Update is a free weekly feature during football season that allows readers to see how the future Bulldogs are doing in their final seasons on the gridiron before reporting to Starkville next fall.

Josh Robinson returned to the field this week, but like the last few weeks Franklinton rolled over their opponents.

This week the Demons blasted Leesville 55-14.

Franklinton will travel to Haughton next week to take on the undefeated Bucaneers and MSU QB commitment Dak Prescott.

Dak and Haughton made this big time match-up possible after dispatching of Woodlawn 54-35.

Prescott was 20 of 37 for 478 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Nick Brassell and Kendrick Market escaped Olive Branch with a 24-13 game that was still in doubt until the final seconds.

The Tigers got off to a quick start thanks to a two yard run by Market who recorded a safety late in the first quarter.

South Panola will travel to Madison Central to take on the Jaguars for the third straight year in north state title game.

Madison Central and Joe Price were able to redeem themselves this week with a win over Northwest Rankin 27-20 who beat them two weeks ago.

Tobias Singleton scored on a 46 yard touchdown pass.

Justin Cox and West Point knocked off Oxford for the second time this season, but the margin of victory was a little more comfortable this time out.

With the 27-12 win, West Point advances to the 5A north title game. The Green Wave will host undefeated Ridgeland next Friday night.

All other MSU commitments have ended their seasons.
