MSU/UK Rained Out

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Heavy rainfall Sunday afternoon forced the cancellation of the final game of the Mississippi State-Kentucky baseball series at Dudy Noble Field. The game will not be rescheduled. Season ticket holders are advised to retain the Sunday game ticket for possible future use.

The fifth-ranked Bulldogs (24-5-1, 9-2) claimed Friday's series-opener 8-1, while the Wildcats (12-18, 1-10) evened the series with an 8-2 win Saturday.

Mississippi State continues its current homestand this weekend, playing host to No. 6 Auburn, 27-7 overall and 9-3 in league play. Game times on Super Bulldog Weekend are set for 6:30 p.m. Friday, 3 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
