Omar Williams Profile Page:

What is your height, weight and forty?
"I'm 5-10, 188. They didn't tell me what my forty was here, but I normally run a high 4.4 or a low 4.4."

What camps have you attended?
"Ole Miss, Southern Miss and Mississippi State. I have Georgia this weekend. Next month the coaches will tell us what other camps we will attend. We are trying to do three or four at a time."

What are you trying to do when you go to the camps?
"We are trying to learn and help it get us some recognition. Also, I set out last year due to transferring, so a lot of coaches don't know about me. It's like I got on the map my sophomore year, then it got quiet my junior year (due to transferring). Because of that, I have to tell them I'm still here (by attending camps)."

What schools are showing interest in you right now?
"Nebraska, Memphis, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Mississippi State, Western Kentucky, Louisville, Louisiana and Kansas."

What do the schools like about you?
"They like my burst of speed and how I finish plays at practice. They also like how I carry the ball and how I carry myself as a leader on the team and how the team follows me."

What schools seem to be close to offering you?
"Southern Miss, Ole Miss and Mississippi State."

What are you looking for in a school?
"Basically, a running team. I also want coaches that love their players and don't call them by their social security numbers. I'm really looking for a team that is almost like a family."
