Describe your game, what you are really good at and what you need to continue working on?
"I like to have the ball in my hands on a play. I like to be a playmaker. I still need to work on some things. You can always get faster and quicker. I also need to learn the game a little better such as learning more about the defenses and learning coverages."
When did you start playing football?
"I started playing football in the 5th grade with Pee Wee. And I've been playing since then."
What position did you play when you first started playing?
"I've always played quarterback and running back."
Why those positions?
"I've always been pretty big and I have good speed. I went to the NUC Combine in Memphis this summer and they picked me to go to the Ultimate 100 in Atlanta. I ran a 4.62 in the forty. I wasn't able to go because my grandfather had a stroke."
Of the two positions, which one do you like better?
"I like both of them. But I really like running back. I've been a quarterback most of my life. But I really enjoy them both."
When did you start getting recruited?
"I started receiving letters last year but the coaches didn't start talking to me until this year."
Who has contacted you by the phone?
"I received a call from Jody Wright of Alabama."
What did he talk to you about?
"He said they were looking at me as an athlete, not just specifically a quarterback or running back but as an athlete."
What did he say they like about you?
"He really likes how I push myself and how hard I work. He knew me from Caledonia because he knew my dad."
What schools are you interested in?
"I'm really interested in Ole Miss, (Mississippi) State, Tennessee and Alabama. I'm also interested in Louisiana-Lafayette."
What camps did you attend this past summer?
"I've attended camps at Alabama, Ole Miss, Southern Miss. And I toured Louisiana-Lafayette and watched them practice."
