And when Starcevich looks back on all his visits?
"All the visits were great," Starcevich said. "I sat in with all the quarterback meetings and coaches."
He starts with in-state school, Iowa, a visit that he came away from feeling pretty good about.
"Iowa I feel really comfortable with," Starcevich said. "Their coaches are awesome and they fit the system I am used too and have shown the most interest."
Starcevich was also impressed with a school even closer to home.
"Iowa State is up there as well," Starcevich said. "I am really comfortable with them as well and their just 30 minutes away from my house."
And he had plenty of positive things to say about the remaining two visits.
"The Northern Illinois visit was great too," Starcevich said. "They are really building a great program."
He added, "I also enjoyed my visit to Missouri."
So what exactly make Starcevich special on the field?
"I would say about my style of play that I have very good mechanics for a high-schooler," Starcevich said. "I passed for 71% completion rate last season and I am confident I can make throws."
Even though Starcevich is more comfortable in one type of offense, he is open to learning any kind.
"I am more pro-style because that is the way my high school plays," Starcevitch said. "But I can spread it out as well."
Starcevich plans to attend summer camps at all of the schools mentioned along with Northern Iowa this summer.
