Mississippi State got their first real glimpse of Karr at Thursday's camp and it appears they came away impressed with what they saw.
"(MSU offensive line) Coach (John) Hevesy liked my footwork and my speed," said Karr.
Karr was equally impressed with the MSU camp.
"I liked the one-on-one with the coaches because they were able to really focus on your technique and get you in the right position," said Karr. "I also learned to put my knees in and have a better drop step."
Karr has already been to several other camps and has a few more on his summer agenda.
"I have already gone to the MTSU and UT camps," said the youngster. "I plan on going to camps at Cincinnati, Clemson, Arkansas and Vanderbilt."
Recruiting-wise, five schools are showing the most attention in him.
"Cincinnati, Clemson, Ole Miss and Mississippi State are recruiting me and I have an offer from MTSU," said Karr.
