Bouldin came away impressed with Mississippi State's offensive line coach after attending Friday's MSU football camp.
"I liked the work ethic and how the position coach, Coach Hevesy, pushed me," said Bouldin. "He inspired me by seeing the type person he is."
According to Bouldin, Coach Hevesy would like to push him even more over the next few years.
"He told me that he recruits Mississippi and he wants most of his players from Mississippi," said Bouldin. "He has two (players committed) from Mississippi and he wants me to be his third guy."
Bouldin is making the college camp rounds in the month of June. He has attended three, including Mississippi State, and has one more on his agenda.
"I've gone to Ole Miss and Southern Miss, and I plan on going to Alabama tomorrow," said Bouldin. "There are some more in July but I don't what they are."
Bouldin is receiving quite a bit of recruiting interest.
"There are a lot of schools showing interest in me, like Alabama, Arkansas, Purdue, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Southern Miss and several others," said the youngster.
He is up to nine offers as of today.
"I have offers from Southern Miss, Jackson State, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Tulane, Arkansas State, University of Louisiana-Lafayette, and Louisiana-Monroe," said Bouldin.
