Schools throughout the east and southeast are showing interest in Roby.
"I have interest from Ohio State, Connecticut, Cincinnati and Louisville and I have offers from Memphis, Tennessee, Arkansas, LSU, Alabama, Wake Forest and Mississippi State," said the 6-foot-4 combo guard.
He's taken one unofficial visit and, as of now, has three schools he has plans on officially visiting.
"I've been on an unofficial visit to Tennessee this past summer and plan on setting up an official visit there real soon but I haven't set up anything yet," he said. "I also plan on setting up an official visit with Mississippi State and Arkansas."
As of now, no school leads over the others.
"Everybody is about equal right now," said Roby.
Roby explained what college coaches like about his game.
"I'm a combo guard who tries to get my teammates involved and let the game come to me," he said. "My offense is inside/out. I try to go into the lane and get a layup or try to get to the free-throw line. I also like to go outside and take shots if my shots are falling."
