TE Kevin Crosby Profile
The 6-foot-2, 235-pound prospect recently spoke with CUTigers.
"Ever since football season ended, I've been working out and hitting the track, getting ready for next year. That's pretty much it," he said.
Already committed to play in the Under Armour game, Crosby visited Alabama in January. He's scheduled to see Clemson and Florida in March.
Things will slow down after those trips.
"I'll probably be home for a while, just start cutting down the process, making my choices," Crosby said.
And who makes up his current list of favorites?
"I've still got a top five. It's in no order: South Carolina, Clemson, Florida, Alabama and North Carolina."
With the exception of North Carolina, all of Crosby's favorite schools are recruiting him as a tight end, the position he wants to play in college.
Several factors will be considered as he works toward a decision.
"Mainly, it'll come down to the relationship I have with the coaches, how I feel -- what kind of feeling I get when I got there. Do I feel like I fit in there? Do I fit into the scheme? A great strength and conditioning program," Crosby said.
Several Clemson coaches are in touch with him.
"I talk to coach [Marion] Hobby a lot. I talk to coach [Danny] Pearman a lot, and I talk to coach [Chad] Moris," Crosby said.
