Weber with Steady Interest, Offers

Bill Weber, a 6-foot-5, 314-pound offensive lineman from Coppell (Texas) High has offers from Tulsa, Harvard and Stony Brook.

"It means a lot to be offered to play at the next level," reported Weber. "Playing D1 ball is a dream come true and shows that hard work pays off."

Tulsa was Weber's first D1 offer and he is paying attention that the program brings a nice blend of athletics and academics.

"Tulsa is a great school," Weber informed. "I know that it is a high academic school and the coaching staff is very good."

Weber says that schools like "Missouri, Kansas State, Kansas, North Texas, Arkansas, Vanderbilt, Nebraska and Texas Tech" are still on him the most seriously.

And he has summer camp stops planned for "Baylor, Missouri, Kansas Sate and Vanderbilt".

Out on the field Weber believes he brings a little bit of everything to the table as an offensive linemen.

"I have a very strong work ethic, good footwork, balanced, power and (I'm) mean," Weber proclaimed!

As a junior in 2012, Weber helped pave the way for 4,000 yards of offense and and 11-1 season earning 5-5A First Team All-District honors.
