Green was one of close to 150 players who participated in the Mississippi State Big Dawg Camp Friday. He enjoyed his experience playing against some of the best players in the southeast.

"It was fun; they had some of the best talent from the southeast and the entire county," said Green. "To be able to compete with those guys was good. How you do lining up against those guys was a good experience."

He felt he held up his end when competing against them.

"I think I did good," said Green. "I was able to match the intensity(in the one-on-ones) with the tights ends and running backs that were here."

Mississippi State linebacker coach Geoff Collins emphasized the team aspect of the game with his linebackers during the one-on-one drills.

"Coach Collins told us when someone gets an interception the other linebackers were too swarm him," said Green. "When (MSU commitment Keith Holcombe) got the first one everybody swarmed him and had a good time. He made a good play."

Green was able to spend a great deal of his day getting to know Collins a little better.

"I got to talk to Coach Collins a lot because I was with him most of the day," said Green. "He is a great coach. I love the way he thinks about the game. I think he has a great mind for the game. The way he talks, you can understand what he is talking about."

Coach Collins also talked about how he hopes to use Green if he winds up signing with Mississippi State.

"He talked about where I would line up if I decided to choose Mississippi State," said Green. "We just talked about getting the ball on defense and creating some mayhem."

A four-star recruit, Green isn't quite ready to make his college choice.

"I'm still open to all schools and taking my time," said Green.

The Big Dawg Camp was his last college camp for the summer. Now he's ready to focus on the upcoming high school season.

"I'm done for the summer," said Green. "I'm going to hit the weight room hard with my team. We only have a month before the season starts."
