"So far, it's just me and my mom going to Mississippi State this weekend," said Harris. "My brother may go, because he has been on these type of visits before, but he hasn't made a decision yet.
"We're flying out there and I am excited to see everything."
"I want to see all of the facilities, see the field, see what all they do when they are away from football, I want to meet some of the offensive lineman, meet all of the coaches and I want to meet the quarterback, Dak Prescott," said Harris. "There is a lot I want to see and do and I want to see everything Mississippi State has to offer."

While many of his peers are going to be competing in other sports the next few months, Harris has abandoned his other activities to focus all of his efforts on football.
"I was playing basketball, but I decided to shut that down," said Harris. "I am not going to be doing anything else this spring, but doing some workouts to get bigger and stronger.
"I played with my ankle being about 85% this season. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't too good either.
"I want to get back to 100%, so I am going to he working on getting healthy and just getting my workouts in to get ready for next season."
