"I am really excited about the Big Dawg camp," said Moon. "I am going to be getting there right when the camp starts.
"I have practice that morning, but I am making getting to Big Dawg camp a priority.
"Once I get done with what we have going on at practice, I am headed to Starkville to help land some future Dawgs."
Moon reports that since joining the Bulldog 2015 fold, he and several of the other verbal pledges have begun to forge a bond.
"I have talked with just about all of the commits on twitter," said Moon. "I think we're all really getting to know each other pretty good.
"I am ready to get down to Big Dawg camp and meet everybody and spend some time getting to know each other.
"I know we're all going to be doing some recruiting, while we're down there.
"I am ready to get back down there and see everybody."
Since making his pledge to the Bulldogs, Moon has seen most of his other suitors slow down in their pursuit of him.
"Most of the schools that were recruiting me are pretty much respecting my decision," said Moon. "I had let everybody know before I committed, that once I made my decision that I wasn't going to be visiting any other schools.
"I am just going to be visiting Mississippi State now and trying to win a state championship."
Moon believes that his Signal Mountain team has the chance to do some big things this fall.
"We have about 15 seniors and we're all working hard to have a big season," said Moon. "I feel like if we work hard and play up to our potential that we have the chance to win state.
"I'm excited about the season.
"We just came off the dead period, so we're all back at it now and getting back into everything."
