The Utes and Hokies join a pretty crowded field of schools who are working hard to get the talented big man on campus before he makes a December decision.
A trio of schools have already hosted Cuellar officially and there are a few other schools jockeying for position for the final two weekends.
"I am going to see about some of these new schools too before I make any decisions about where to visit. I have been talking with Dom (Dominic Desouza) about taking some visits together.
"There are a few schools that are recruiting both of us, so we might take a trip or two together before we decide."
Mississippi State appeared to have a leg up in the race for an official trip, but those plans fell through.
"I had a date set with Mississippi State, but I sort of backed out of that," said Cuellar. "I thought they had two junior tackles, which wouldn't have been a good situation for me.
"I found out that they have a senior tackle and one sophomore, so he would be in my same grade.
"They still want me to come out there really bad and take the visit. I am thinking about it."
Another SEC school has made a strong impression on the California native.
"I like Missouri," said Cuellar. "I had a good visit there and I really like the coaching staff. I think their strength and conditioning trip is the real deal too."
The Tigers still have a little work to do to earn the signing day autograph of the the rising tackle prospect.
"Right now, I am planning on making my last two visits in December and then making my decision after that," explained Cuellar. "I feel like after I take my other two visits, I will know where I want to go."
