Orr has already taken official visits to Indiana and Oklahoma and plans to take three more excursions exhausting the NCAA allotment of five. Orr's plans for this weekend are settled, but his remaining two visit slot remain up for grabs.
"The only visit that I know for sure right now is Arizona State and I am going there this weekend," Orr said. "I am going to take two more weekend visits and I am looking at Clemson, Mississippi State, Georgia and Ohio State for those visits.
"Everybody is supposed to be coming to the school this week and talking about the visits. Ohio State is supposed to come tomorrow and if they offer that would be big for me. I am ready to hear what they have to say."
Orr reports that all of the schools in contention are treating him like a priority to their class.
"All of the schools that I am talking about visiting are all recruiting me pretty hard," said Orr. "They all say that they want me to be in their class, but I am just keeping everybody even right now. I am not sure what all of my options are going to be and I might pick up some late offers. I want to see how everything goes before I make a decision."
The official visits appear to be paramount in the selection process for the talented defensive back who holds offers from some of America's top football programs.
"I am really wanting to see about the academics and the education side of things," explained Orr. "I want to see all of the facilities and then see what kind of relationship I have with all of the coaches.
"I just want to see how I feel on campus and see how the atmosphere is and all of that."
Orr still has some thinking to do as he narrows his field of suitors down and takes his final visit. He has not set a deadline for a decision and may take his announcement all the way to national signing day.
