"I had a great time," Adams said. "A.J. Jefferson was with me and I have known him for a long time. We hung out some and spent a lot of time with the other players. I have been up there so many times before that I have pretty seen everything up there. I have sort of been there and done that when it comes to State."
One new addition to the Mississippi State football program drew more than some casual interest from the four star defensive lineman.
"One of the main things about the visit was being able to visit with Coach Manny Diaz," Adams shared. "We talked a lot and he told me about how he wanted to use me and how he wants to play defense. He was telling me about how much he likes getting after the quarterback. It was really a great meeting and I liked what he had to say."
Adams reports that he got a lot of face time with the top Dawg during his time on campus.
"Coach (Dan) Mullen and I talked a lot," Adams said. "We talked a long time and we talked about everything. We talked about business and we talked about just everything else. I really like everything he had to say. He told me how much they want me up there and that he was excited about having me come up there next year."
Recent reports have suggest that Adams may not be completely done when it comes to his college recruitment. While Adams has give some mixed signals, he reports that his commitment remains in good shape.
"I am solid with Mississippi State," Adams said. "My commitment is good and I plan on signing with Mississippi State. I am supposed to visit Ole Miss this next weekend and I was supposed to go to Georgia the next week, but I don't know about anymore.
"I still plan on visiting Ole Miss this next weekend, but I'm solid with Mississippi State. I had a great visit up there and I feel good about everything."
