"I had a really good time," said Mullins. "My mama, my grandmama and my little brother came with me. They all had a good time too."
Mullins was one of ten official visitors on campus this weekend, six of which were from the state of Alabama.
"I didn't know a lot of them, but it was good to be around my future teammates," Mullins explained. "I feel like we all know each other now and we're just ready to get back up there this summer for summer school."
Another Alabama native was a big part of Mullins' official visit weekend.
"Kivon Coman was my host and he is a great guy," Mullins said. "He showed me around and answered all of my questions. He told me what all they do up there and how hard I have to work. He told me to be ready when I come up there."
Mullins reports that his time on campus was productive and positive.
"I liked everything about the visit," said Mullins. "We got to go a lot of places and talk to a lot of people. I enjoyed it. They were all telling me that they are excited about me coming up there.
"I enjoyed being around the players and going to Coach Mullen's house. We all had a good time and they made us feel at home."
