"I have been talking with Coach (Billy) Gonzales on twitter for a while," Vasher said. "He came by the school today and he watched me workout. Once practice was over, my coach told me that Mississippi State had an offer for me."
Vasher has had the chance to get acquainted with the Bulldogs' wide receiver coach, the talented wide out is just beginning to do his personal research about Mississippi State.
"I really don't know that much about them," Vasher admitted. "I know that they had a big year last year and Coach Gonzales has put like thirteen guys into the league. He told me that if I came there and worked hard that I could have the chance to go to the league too."
The spring travel schedule is fairly limited for the rising star, but he is contemplating a visit to Starkville this summer.
"I don't have anything set up right now as far as campus visits," Vasher said. "Coach Gonzales left some camp information for me and I am thinking about all of that. I might go visit the campus then, but I am not sure yet."
The Bulldogs are new on the scene as it relates to Vasher's recruitment, but it appears that there is plenty of time to build a relationship.
"I don't really have any favorite schools right now," Vasher said. "I am going to wait and get my favorites together after the summer. I am not sure when I am going to make a decision for sure, but I am thinking about doing it all after the season.
"I am just trying to keep everybody even right now, while I see what all of my options are going to be and I figure out which schools would be the best for me."
