Crowfield believes that he has a very good overall game.
"I am athletic, run the floor well, shoot the ball well, help my teammates on the floor, play defense, rebound and can play multiple positions," he said, when asked to describe his game.
And numerous college coaches appear to agree with Crowfield's assessment of his game.
"I have offers from LSU, Baylor, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Tulsa, University of Richmond, Indiana State, Wofford, ULL, Duquesne, and Southeastern, and Arkansas, Texas A&M, Purdue, Detroit, Tulane, and Wake Forest are recruiting me," said Crowfield.
As of now, no team is standing out above the others.
"I don't have a favorite right now," said Crowfield. "At the end of the AAU season I am going to put out my top five, then take my official visits."
Crowfield is one of three players on the New Orleans Elite team that Mississippi State is recruiting. The others are Lamar Peters and Cameron Lard.
"I don't know much about Mississippi State but I know that Korey McCray is the assistant coach there. Coach McCray used to come to my games when he was an assistant coach at LSU. He liked the way I played. And I know about Ben Howland, the head coach at Mississippi State. My parents know his friend. Coach Howland used to coach at UCLA. He coached some players who are in the NBA right now."
