"I have offers from Southern Miss, Middle Tennessee, Georgia Southern, Alcorn State, Georgia State and Troy," Brown said. "Alabama has show a lot of interest. They want me to come back down there to be evaluated and Mississippi State has been showing some interest in me."
Brown has received enough interest from the Bulldogs to make the effort to drive to Starkville and work out the Bulldog coaching staff to see if he can earn an offer.
"Coach (John) Hevesy is a one of a kind coach," Brown said with a smile. "He is a very, very good coach and you can tell what kind of coach he is by the way his offensive line plays.
"He gave me some really good feedback and I feel like we would have a great relationship if I came here."
Brown appears to have done enough to impress the Bulldog coaching staff to remain in contention for an offer as the process moves forward.
"I am definitely going to be back for Big Dawg camp," Brown said. "Coach Hevesy said that if I come to camp and I do a good job that good things will happen."
If the Bulldogs plan to be in the race for Brown's services, an offer would like need to come soon after Big Dawg Camp concludes.
"I am probably going to make a decision about a week or two before the season," Brown said. "I am going to sit down and talk about everything with my family then. I am looking for a good education and a family based school with a good football program."
