"I had a great time today," said White. "I got to compete against some good players. I think I did well today.
"I learned how hard you have to work because you have to compete against some great guys at these camps."
White is very impressed with his position coach at the camp, running backs coach Greg Knox.
"I really like Coach Knox," said White. "He is a great guy and a great coach. He is high energy and a great teacher."
White has been to Mississippi State several times and is very impressed with the football program.
"Mississippi State is definitely a program on the rise because they were number 1 in the nation at one point of the season last season," said White. "I really like it here. I like the people. I love the cowbells. I love everything about it."
Mississippi State is just one of the many college camps that he is attending this summer.
"I have also been to camps at Middle Tennessee, Arkansas State and Cincinnati," he said. "I have Georgia Saturday and I then am going to Alabama and Tennessee. I am going to Auburn and Ole Miss next month. I may possibly go to Vanderbilt."
White has one offer and is anticipating more as he continues to take in camps.
"I have an offer from West Alabama," said White. "I am very close with all the other schools, Alabama, Auburn, Mississippi State, Middle Tennessee, Cincinnati, Georgia, Tennessee and the others. They just want me to camp with them so they can see me with their coaches."
After the camp he talked to the Mississippi State coaches about where he stands with them as far as an offer is concerned.
"I didn't get an offer today but they did tell me that I moved all the way up their recruiting board," said White. "I felt like things went well today."
