How would you describe your game?
"I am more defensive-oriented right now. I still have some things that I need to work on offensively. And I love to run."
What I saw was a shot-blocker. Would you describe yourself as a shot-blocker?
"Most definitely. No matter what is on the defensive side, I take a lot of pride in doing it."
How long have you been playing AAU ball with the Dallas Mustangs?
"Since the 6th grade. That is really when I started playing basketball."
How did you know to start playing AAU ball so early?
"I didn't. They kind of found me. When I first started everybody was so much better than me."
Recruiting-wise you have a lot of schools after you with a lot of offers. What are your plans recruiting-wise?
"I am really trying to see how this summer goes and see who offers me. I tend to watch a lot of basketball and what how coaches play."
What are your looking for in a school?
"I am looking for a school where I will be able to come in and go to work right away. I want to be able to show my skills and help the team win. I don't do well losing. I don't like losing."
I assume your ultimate goal is to play in the NBA after college. Will that factor into your college choice?
Will how many players a coach has put into the NBA be a factor for you?
"Yeah, somewhat. But if I think a coach will be able to to develop me in the right way so that I get the looks for that, even if his record isn't the best, then I would still consider that school."
Is the distance of a school from where you live a factor for you?
"It is not a factor at all. I am a person who likes to see new stuff."
