You got to catch Mississippi State 2017 RHP commitment Chad Bryant today. He really pitched well his first inning. What did he have going on in that inning?
"His fastball had good velocity and his changeup was really good."

He threw a pitch to a batter that almost looked like a slider. It was 80 miles per hour and had good movement. What was that pitch?
"It was his changeup. It had great movement. It was the best changeup that I have ever caught."

You've played on Dudy Noble Field before. What is it like for you to play here, knowing that you will be playing your college ball here?
"I always enjoy playing here. It doesn't get any better than this."

What was it like catching a pitcher who will likely be your teammate while you play college ball?
"It is amazing working with him. I received a call from Coach (Joe) Caruso last night telling me that he wanted me to come catch him. I was really happy that he wanted me to catch another Bulldog."

You and Chad won't just be teammates but you will be catcher and pitcher. You two will be involved in every play with each other.
"It is fun. You have to have a good relationship with the pitcher. And I think we have that already. I can't wait to get down here."

What are you trying to improve this summer?
"I am trying to work on my blocking. I want to block everything that I can. When I don't block something it makes me mad. So, I just want to get as good at blocking as I can."
