He explained his reasons for coming to the Mississippi State camp.
"I came to the camp because I want to go to multiple camps and try and impress college coaches and get my name out there," said Williams. "I would love to play football at the collegiate level no matter what the classifications is, juco, division 1, 2 or 3."
He learned several new things while at the camp.
"I learned jump cuts, staying low and working on my footwork," said Williams. "I also learned how to keep my pad level low something that I needed to know because I am a bigger back."
He came away very impressed with Mississippi State running backs coach Greg Knox.
"He was a great coach," said the 6-foot, 213-pounder. "He cares about you and wants you to work hard. He wants you to keep pushing, go hard and finish strong."
The talented running back has several camps on his summer agenda.
"I would like to go to a Southern Miss camp, South Alabama camps and possibly a Louisiana-Lafayette camp," said Williams. "I might also attend a camp in Florida while I am on vacation with my family."
