“He’s continued to get better,” Johnson said. “For the most part he’s been playing his best football in November, which is what you want.”
Fitzgerald has been very good in two November games, one a win and the other a loss. Now the sophomore and first-year starter gets one more chance to direct the Bulldogs to a victory, and in the regular-season contest which matters most.
